These are recorded in meeting minutes posted on the Forest Practices Board website. Joe Buchanan is the WDFW representative on that group. WDFW (Joe Buchanan) contracted a modelling effort to evaluate habitat capability on non-federal lands to support spotted owl conservation in WA. This modelling effort was completed in late 2021. Northwest Forest Plan Effectiveness Monitoring is now moving to a new phase, in which these existing datasets will no longer be updated. Therefore we do not expect further analysis of these datasets.
